PIKA'S CAFE
December 2013
The one thing I have to have when I go home is barbequed pork belly with fina'denne' and rice. I'm happy to say that my bestie always comes through -- but I'm also happy to say that Pika's pork belly sandwich was rediculously delicious! The cafe doesn't use bbq pork belly, however the sandwich was just incredible. I wish I could have made it back there again, but 20+ eatieries in two weeks was a busy schedule. The picture below is of the pork belly treat.
I would have tried the tinaktak burger on my second trip -- I mean ground beef and coconut milk -- yummy! My sister-in-law had the steak & brie sandwich below -- that she said was quite delicious.
